Best Binoculars for the West
Good Optics are key to helping you be successful year after year. Hunting in the west is very different than sitting in tree stands and waiting for the animal to come to you. Not saying this isn’t a good way to hunt by any means. I spend a ton of time glassing hillsides and canyons. Being able to pick up slight movements or antlers sticking out of a bush could lead to a successful hunt.

Nikon Monarch 7 Full Size Binoculars is comparable to the Leupold BX-4 giving you great quality for the price. I like the Nikons for being lightweight and are excellent for long glassing sessions. Swarovski EL Binoculars with Swarovision is my choice for top tear Binoculars, made with top-of-the-line materials they truly are amazing. With that comes a hefty price tag. I look at these as an investment that will last you a lifetime and even be passed on to future generations.
